1998 was a very special year for the Internet. It was the year that ICANN was formed, Google was founded (although we're not interested in following their data collection practices) and the Internet was becoming increasingly popular.
We are a private space dedicated to supporting creative tech projects and prototypes. Think of it as a lab for a select group of individuals to develop their online innovations.
At present, a select few have the privilege of starting projects under the 1998 name. We open our projects to the public when we feel like they are ready.
